You are the first person our customers see when they come in for a test drive, a viewing, or to pick up a vehicle – and you shape the first impression they take away with them. With your friendly, service-oriented manner, you create a pleasant atmosphere and direct our guests to the appropriate contact person.
Your responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers during test drives, vehicle viewings, or pickups
- Referral to the responsible sales or service consultant for further inquiries
- Checking vehicles for cleanliness and quality
- On-site customer service – from a warm welcome to freshly brewed coffee
- Unlock vehicles, make them available, or select them from inventory
- Preparation of trade-in requests together with the customer for our vehicle purchasing department
- Organization and coordination of the daily schedule for vehicle collection, washing, and preparation
- Active assistance with vehicle maintenance and logistics
Your Profile:
- Friendly, confident manner—even in stressful situations
- Ability to remain calm, helpful, and respectful at all times
- Openness and tact in dealing with a wide variety of customers
- Good verbal communication skills and adaptability in conversation
- Enjoyment of cars and interest in vehicles
- Organizational skills and overview of daily routines

- Class B driver's license
