Used car warranty and guarantee

When purchasing a used car from our dealership, you are covered by comprehensive warranty and guarantee claims, so you can look forward to your new vehicle with peace of mind.

Warranty

In accordance with legal requirements (§ 437 BGB), we offer you a warranty of 12 months on all used vehicles. The warranty covers defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the vehicle. If damages occur within this period that are not caused by normal wear and tear or improper use, you are entitled to a repair or other legally provided remedies.

Guarantee

In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer you a used car guarantee. As a wholesaler, we are able to provide consistently attractive vehicle prices; therefore, end consumers are required to purchase a full warranty. This warranty covers 100% of costs in the event of damage – including both material and labor costs at the workshop of your choice, excluding wear-and-tear parts.

What is the difference between warranty and guarantee?

Warranty is a legally required protection that we, as the dealer, provide for a period of 12 months after the purchase. It covers defects that were present at the time of vehicle handover.
Guarantee is a voluntary service that offers you additional protection for specific damages and components. The guarantee can be tailored to your needs, providing you with extended coverage.
